In my case my mind generates ideas sometimes so fast that before I finish recording those ideas my mind would be thinking something very different.

The final recorded version of my idea would then be totally different from the idea which I thought of before recording it.

Ofcourse I agree with your post as it speaks the practical situation, but in my case many ideas get lost in the process of recording one idea.
