When I was working within a corporate environment for the first time, I found myself naturally gravitating towards the EEEMP work model.
It wasn't until I read about your acronym that I became aware of what I was doing.
For some reason, and maybe not a good one, this approach seems to work the best when doing cross-functional work in large organizations.
